Company fees are based on the worker's pay rate:

• Standard rate: 15-25% of worker pay (varies by role and duration)

Yes! All verified workers have passed:

Absolutely. We take data security seriously:

Verification status is valid for 1 year. We'll notify you 30 days before expiration to renew. Renewal typically requires:

We guarantee worker payments. If a company fails to pay:

1. We cover the worker's payment from our protection fund
2. We pursue collection from the company
3. The company may be suspended from the platform

This guarantee applies to all verified work assignments completed through our platform.

To reset your password:

1. Go to the login page
2. Click "Forgot Password"
3. Enter your email address
4. Check your email for a reset link
5. Follow the link to create a new password

The reset link expires in 24 hours for security.

We strongly recommend enabling 2FA for extra security:
